Our wine selections have sweetness indicators next to the wine names. Most of our wines have a dry finish, but we can adjust the levels to your taste. Just ask, we can even bottle half your wine dry, then sweeten the other half up. We can do custom blending for you! For example pick out 2 different kinds of reds, bottle 20 bottles of each variety and then combine the remaining wine for 20 bottles of your “blend”.
