Make your own fruit infusions this summer for busy people who are looking for a fresh and fruity spritzer. 2 cups of your favorite berries in a mason jar with 2 cups of vodka, you can add mint, lemons, virtually whatever other flavours you like to your mixture. Place your Mason Jar mixture in your Sous Vide cooker for 3 hours @ 135 degrees. When complete strain your cordial through cheese cloth and store in the fridge for up to 6 mos in a sealed jar. Add a simple syrup of 1.1 ratio is best to taste once its cooled. To make a spritzer add 1 oz. of cordial in a flute, top off with sparkling wine! Enjoy!
